Pivoter
Articulated Autonomous Forklift Robot System
The independently operated forklift rotates ±105°, allowing the chassis to remain stationary during pallet handling. This allows the pallets to be picked up and placed precisely in extremely narrow aisles. By eliminating the need for a wide turning radius that a traditional fork lift requires, the Pivoter reduces the required turning area by up to 50%, increasing warehouse storage density and operational efficiency.
- Fork articulates ±105° for precise pick/place travel
- Turning area reduced by ~50% vs. conventional AGV forklifts
- High-speed pallet handling in aisles as narrow as 1.9 m
- Autonomous driving that adapts to dynamic obstacles and site changes
Key Technical Advantages
Fork Articulation ±105°
Without aligning the entire chassis, only the fork head articulates 105° to enter and operate side racks quickly.
Minimized Turning Radius
The articulated mechanism shrinks the turning radius to about 50% of chassis length, eliminating dead space.
1.9 m Ultra-Narrow Aisle Work
Continuous pallet picking and transport even in aisles under 1.9 m where conventional AGV forklifts struggle to enter.
Dynamic Obstacle Avoidance
Detects unexpected obstacles and people on the path, generates avoidance routes, and returns safely.
Live Operation Demo
Pivoter moving pallets and placing them into racks in ultra-narrow real-site conditions.
Unmatched Space Efficiency

Screener
Low-Profile Cart Transport AMR
Screener is a smart autonomous mobile robot with 3D LiDAR and a depth camera, using Visual SLAM to map space freely without guide lines or markers. It uses a patented door-lock mechanism that slides beneath carts, securely locking them in place, and transports them safely and efficiently to their destination.
- Autonomous mobile robot based on 3D LiDAR and camera Visual SLAM
- Seamless central fleet communication via the VDA5050 global standard
- Door-actuated underbody lock for stable low-profile cart docking and transport
- Compact body with payload capacity up to 300 kg
Key Technical Advantages
Visual SLAM Navigation
Sensor fusion of 3D LiDAR and stereo depth cameras enables accurate mapping without the need for floor markers.
VDA5050 Communication Standard
Built on the European logistics robot standard VDA5050 for seamless interoperability with other robots and plant fleet systems.
Door-Lock Docking Drive
Automatic locking arms open and close to securely dock beneath low cart frames, minimizing vibration and ensuring stable transport.
300 kg Robust Payload
Precision suspension and high-torque motor provide steady transportation of up to 300 kg while maintaining a compact footprint.
Screener in Action
Sequence of Screener locating a low cart, locking, and transporting.
Autonomous Robot System Architecture
NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin
High-performance AI board runs real-time edge inference on sensor data for autonomous navigation.
Stereo Camera & 2D LiDAR SLAM
Combines front intelligent cameras with front/rear LiDAR to detect fine structures and plan avoidance paths.
Marker-based Landmark Correction
Reflective markers on ceilings or posts complement Visual SLAM for millimeter-level repeatability.
Computer Vision & Depth Inference
Actively analyzes 3D depth streams to classify stacked goods, pillars, people, and more.
